What does pelvic floor physical therapy cost?
As moms, we're quick to invest in everyone else — our kids, our families, our homes — and last in line for ourselves. I understand, because I've done it too.

Our Rates for Austin, TX and Georgetown, TX:
Initial Evaluation (90 min, one-on-one): $250
Follow-Up Session (60 min, one-on-one): $225
Belly to Baby Pregnancy/Postpartum (2 sessions): $450
FAQs
Why cash-based?
Every minute of every session is one-on-one with your doctor of physical therapy. Because of that, most patients need fewer total visits — a focused plan of 4–8 sessions often accomplishes what takes 15–20 rushed visits elsewhere.
Can I use my insurance?
Often, yes — indirectly. After each session I’ll provide an itemized superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds can typically be used too. Medicare patients are unable to be served in a Physical Therapy capacity at this time; however we offer alternative wellness solutions that may be appropriate regarding your situation.
Do you offer home visits?
We do not currently offer home visits, but we do have two convenient locations in Austin, TX and Georgetown, TX from which to choose. If you feel that you might need special accommodations, please call us at (512) 843-2043 to discuss your situation.
Do I need a referral?
Through Direct-Access, you are able to be seen initially by your physical therapist without a referral and treatment can begin day one. After 30 days, a referral from an MD, PA, NP, or Chiropractor is required to continue treatment. Referrals can be faxed to (737) 843-0503.
